2. What Happens Next?

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.

To file a counter-notification, please include:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error or misidentification

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local Federal District Court

  • Your physical or electronic signature

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Hamaagui may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts or access of repeat infringers.
